Ingredients
- 1 package of Great Farms Hard-Boiled Eggs, chopped
- 1 avocado, smashed
- pinch of kosher salt
- pinch of black pepper
- cilantro to taste
- 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
- Juice from 1/2 lime
Instructions
Mash 1 avocado.
Chop and mix in 6 hard-boiled eggs.
Mix in salt, pepper, yogurt and lime juice.
Serve plain or on crackers.
